This is more relaxed than traditional formalwear, but more formal than a t-shirt and jeans. For men: Khakis or black slacks, button-down dress shirt or polo, and dress shoes. For Women: Cocktail dress, dressy separates, or sundresses, dress pants and a nice blouse are welcome as well, and heels or dressy flats.
